AJERE CHUKWUEMEKA (MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN)
He was the Project Manager and subsequently Managing Director of Heca Maison Limited an engineering/electronic security company
located in Port Harcourt, He is also the Director Administration of Vekom Integrated services Limited. He holds Training Certificates of
various World Bank Training Institute. He own 28% shares of the company and is happily married with children.
ADDEY GODSON (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
He is an astute business mogul. An expert administrator and a graduate of public administration. He also has a certificate in. HSE LEVEL
3, PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT TRAINING, ISO 9001:2000 He HAS VAST EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT AND
SAFETY PRACTICE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. He own 16% shares of the company and is happily married with children.
PROJECT MANAGER
The head of the Project Department is Engr Charles Nwachukwu who is a graduate of Civil Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka
and masters in Mechanical Engineering. He is the Project/QA Manager. He holds Certificate Courses in ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 9001:2000
Lead Auditor course, Effective and safe handling of Radioactive material, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training, Enhanced Contract
Management and a member of Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP). He is currently the Management Representative of
Quality Management System of the Company. He has vast experience of over 10 years in project management and safety especially in
the Oil and Gas Industry.
FINANCE/ACCTS. MANAGER
The head of the Accounts/Finance Dept is Miss Ijeoma Ume. She is a B.SC holder She is currently the Finance/Accounts Manager.
HSE MANAGER
Managing the safety department is Mr Ralph Ogbonna. Who is a graduate of Library and Information service from the Federal
Polytechnic Nekede.. He has held several Managerial Positions in his previous job and performed very well. The emphasis by
management is laid on being effective and efficient at all times. This we have achieved over the years and we intend to sustain the record.
